Ham Hawk or a chunk of ham
Potatoes
3 eggs beaten
6 Tablespoons Milk
1 ½ teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
Can double or triple depending on the amount that you are making
Cook ham in pressure cooker or boil it on top of stove
( I like the pressure cooker as it keeps more flavor in )
While it is cooking… Make the noodles…
In a mixing bowl combine egg, milk, and salt…. Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough… cover and let rest for 10 minutes…
On a flour surface roll dough out… and cut the noodles to desired size.
When Ham is cooked de-bone the ham… and put the ham back in the broth… add cut up potatoes and the noodles a little at a time…
Cook an additional 30 – 40 minutes or until the noodles and potatoes are done.
