Faith over Fear

 Psalms 62:1 For God alone my soul waits in silence; from Him comes my salvation

Psalms 62:2 He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken.

As we travel down this road, what seems to be a dark and gloomy road. 

What seems to be a road to which is leading us into utter destruction and confusion,

Where everything as we know it seems to be falling apart, it can be hard to find hope and peace.

Every day it seems like the noise is slowing being tightened more and more, as if this pandemic could cause the fall of everything in our economy, cause the destruction of our country, really of all humanity.

And everyday people turn to the news media and get further drug into fear! It is easy to succumb to the pending doom. This is a GLOBAL ATTACK UPON ALL HUMANITY! 

The effects are not only felt here but all over the world, in every city, town, and village.

This virus is not a respecter of persons…it doesn’t care if you are young, old, or middle aged.   It has a mission, to destroy you.

I have no doubt that this thing was birthed in the pits of hell, with the same attack plan Satan has been using since he has been thrown from the throne room!

Satan has a mission… John 10:10 says there is an assignment to steal, kill, and destroy you!

This is causing many people to look at life differently. Some embracing the fear of death,

The fear of the unknown, the fear of ETERNITY!

Some of you have been entertaining fear!!!

Living in despair, living in thoughts and imaginations, living in the pain and anxiety where do we go from here?

It is in these times where when it seems all hope is lost that people are looking for a way, 

They are looking for hope, looking for someone to give them an answer… in this darkness, waiting…and waiting… and when it seems like all hope is lost, when it seems like there is no way out, A SAVIOR will EMERGE!!!

2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and of a sound mind.

DO NOT ALLOW SATAN TO STRIKE YOU WITH FEAR

Declare this wherever you are

FEAR… You have to BOW in JESUS NAME!

FEAR… You are NOT allowed to control my thoughts in JESUS NAME!

FEAR… You are NO LONGER allowed to speak to my MIND in JESUS NAME!

I TAKE AUTHORITY OVER YOU

Because of our SAVIOR, We do NOT need to fear the unknown!

Because of our SAVIOR, We do NOT need to fear the economy collapsing!

Because of our SAVIOR, We do NOT need to fear this plague of CORONAVIRUS!

Because of our SAVIOR, We need NOT fear our eternity!

See the rest of the WORLD is living in fear!!

They are living by what is seen!

But Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 5:7 We Walk by Faith, Not by sight!

WE LIVE BY FAITH, NOT BY FEAR

They will live in defeat, but WE are MORE THAN CONQUEORS in CHRIST so we live in VICTORY!

See we have this precious GIFT! This GIFT was poured out upon the earth for all humanity! BUT ONLY THOSE WHO RECEIVE IT LIVE FEARLESSLY!

Those who receive this gift LIVE IN CONSTANT PEACE! They live with a sound mind!

LIVING BY FAITH AND NOT BY FEAR!

This is the time when we as believers MUST SHINE!!

Matthew 5:14-16 (New International Version) (NIV) 14 You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

This is not the time to allow FEAR to rule you!!! If you are a believer of Jesus Christ NOW is the time for you to shine bright, and let the light of Jesus Christ shine through you and DRIVE out all of the darkness!!

HE ALONE is our Rock and Salvation!! HE is our place of refuge, our shelter, our strong tower, our foundation!! WE SHALL NOT be moved!!!

1 Corinthians 15:57-58 (New Living Translation) (NLT) But thank God, He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ

So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.

MAKE THIS DECLARATION!!!

GOD WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE VICTORY

I WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE VICTORY

I WILL NEVER BE DEFEATED

I WILL ALWAYS BE ON TOP

I AM THE HEAD NOT THE TAIL

I AM ABOVE NOT BENEATH

NO DISEASE WILL TOUCH ME

NO VIRUS WILL TOUCH ME

NO VIRUS WILL TOUCH MY FAMILY

I AM IN CHRIST JESUS AND I AM VICTORIOUS 

I WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE VICTORY

It’s time to make our confession of our faith… I am not talking about confessing Jesus, I am talking about life and death are in the power of YOUR confession!!! SO SPEAK IT!!!

I have VICTORY over defeat

I have VICTORY over CORONAVIRUS

I have VICTORY over ECONOMICAL COLLAPSE!!! – Time of famine (Issac)

I have VICTORY over every DISEASE

I have JOY UNSPEAKABLE WHEN ALL THROUGH THE STORM

I have JOY UNSPEAKABLE THROUGH THE BATTLE

It is time we build our faith up! Stir up your faith! Open your mouth and let your ears hear you speak the promises of God.

Romans 10:17 Faith comes from hearing, and hearing the word of God

Especially in a time of great trial, feed your faith not your fear!

We choose what we feed ourselves… if you have a diet of what this corrupty media puts out…you will always live in fear!

If you feed yourself on the word of God, you will ALWAYS be victorious!!

Revelation 5 gives us 7 declarations of Christ… write these down and speak OVER yourselves and your children…

1. I am powerful

2. I am wealthy

3. I am wise

4. I am mighty

5. I have honor

6. I have glory

7. I have blessings

All these are ONLY obtainable through the restored relationship in Jesus Christ

It’s time to boost your faith!

Hebrew 11:1 Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things that are unseen!

The word hope is a key here… faith DOESN’T deny reality… faith doesn’t pretend that it doesn’t exist… FAITH is accepting the reality, but not the circumstances!

Pretending it is real does nothing to build your faith, BUT KNOWING who ALMIGHTY God is and the power He has and the POWER He gives us is faith.

We have been given the Name of Jesus Christ! This is the most powerful force in the earth, beneath the earth! Nothing can compare to His Name

Luke 10 Demons are rendered powerless by His Name

Acts 3 – Healing comes through His Name

If you are a believer, God is FOR YOU!

However if you are not under His care, you are open to all of the world’s devices! You are in a place of open attack! You are in a place where satan has free reign to destroy, because you are not in a covenant relationship with God.

Psalms 91 New Living Translation (NLT) 

1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 

2 This I declare about the LORD : He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. 

3 For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. 

4 He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. 

5 Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. 

6 Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. 

7 Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you.

15 When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. 

16 I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”

BLOOD COVENANT

IF you are in Christ… the blood is on your door post! This blood causes the death angel to pass by your dwelling! This same blood cause every sickness and ever virus to pass by your dwelling. There is a healing covenant to the believers of Jesus Christ. It is a divine covenant! God tells us in Exodus 15 that if you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and DO that which is right… give your ear to His commandments. Keep ALL of His statues, He will keep you protected from all of the diseases that come upon the land!

The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus said I have come to give you life and life abundantly! God is not a man that He should lie, He that dwells in the secret place of the MOST HIGH WILL ABIDE UNDER THE SHADOW OF HIS WINGS! He will deliver us from every snare of the enemy, every calamity, pestilence, disease, sickness

He will be your shield and buckler! The shield and buckler PROTECT your body! They protect the vital parts from every weapon of the enemy. Don’t allow fear to take you, but have faith in God. His word will accomplish everything it is set out to do.

It will not return void. When your faith is in God, you won’t fear the terror of the night, the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that walks in the darkness, nor the destruction that wastes the noonday. 1000 will fall to your side and 10,000 will fall at your right hand and IT SHALL NOT COME NEAR YOU…BECAUSE THOU HAS MADE THE LORD YOUR HABITATION… No evil will befall you.

Salvation in Jesus

Colossians 2:14-15 New Living Translation) (NLT)

14 He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. 

15 In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.

19 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, 

20 idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, 

21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God. 

Lays out those who do not inherit the Kingdom of God!

Romans 6:23

The wages of sin is death

The bible says that NO, man, or woman can come to the father except through Jesus Christ

John 14:6 He is the Way, the truth, and the life

He is our avenue to eternity in Heaven! There is NO other way.

Some people have come really close to God one time in their lives, but have drifted away

Some have never received Christ at all

I am here to tell you, that today you can have the peace that He offers… You can have the security that your eternal destination is sealed forever and that no man, no evil, no demon, no devil can strip it from you.

There are covenant rights and blessings that come along with salvation. Most believers never tap into any of them.

Jesus said He is going away tp prepare a place for His people, and when He comes again, He will take us with Him and we will ever Be with the Lord

If your life is hid in Christ, you can rest assured that even though this world may be falling apart, Our eternal destination is sealed with a promise

John 3:16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 10:9-11 If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 

10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. 

11 As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.”
