Start by using frozen bread dough loafs… or rolls… after thawing…
If using bread dough loafs divide into 7 balls…
if using dinner rolls knead 2 rolls together to make larger dinner rolls…
Knead until smooth and elastic…
Place into a greased baking pan…
Poke tops with fork to put air holes in dough…
Place in a warm area free from drafts until at least doubled in size….
Bake @ 350 for 25 – 30 minutes
Cinnamon Sticky Buns
18 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 small package vanilla cook N serve pudding
Let rolls thaw out… keeping them in a bag or covered …
Place a sheet of aluminum foil in 9 X 13 pan…
Spray with pam baking spray…
Kneed rolls and place in pan…
Poke each roll with a fork to make small holes in dough…
Each roll should be about a walnut size ball…
Mix dry pudding mix and cinnamon together…
Make sure to use the cook N serve pudding mix Set aside…
Melt butter and stir in brown sugar… when combined… then add milk….
Boil until syrupy ….
Remove from heat and add cinnamon and pudding mix
Spread mixture over the rolls…. (you do not need to let them rise)
Place another sheet of foil sprayed with pam over top of rolls
Cover pan and place a lid…with something heavy on it…
Put in fridge overnight (remove top foil… but save)
Bake the next morning for 30 minutes @ 350
Remove from pan immediately by flipping upside down on the top foil…
That has been placed in another container. Enjoy…
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini (pealed)
3 cups sifted flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chopped nuts (Optional)
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
Mix all ingredients well
Divide batter into 2 loaf pans
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
