3 containers cool whip
3 small boxes vanilla pudding (dry mix)
2 large cans crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
1 Jar maraschino cherries
Mix vanilla pudding mix with cool whip…. Blend well…
Stir in crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges
Optional sprinkle with coconut
Place a maraschino cherry on top…
1 cup sugar
¼ cup butter (NOT melted)
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 ½ cups flour
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
Mix together and put into a 9 X 13 pan
Berries / Fruit
1 cup sugar
½ cup hot water
1 pint berries or fruit
Bring to boil…. Pour over batter
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
Blend together …
3 cups flour
1 ½ cup Crisco
Pinch of salt
Blend together…
1 egg
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
5 tablespoons water
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients… blend well…
Roll out and fill pie shell
Note: when rolling out pie crust roll it out on a sheet of wax paper then lift it to place in pie shell…
FILLING: Apples…cherries…peaches…etc…
5 cups fruit…. Mix 1 cup sugar with ¼ cup MINUTE tapioca…
Make sure to use MINUTE tapioca…. Pour over fruit place into pie shell
Put top layer of crust on pie…
Bake in microwave for 15 minutes on high… this will make the crust light and flakey… then place in a preheated oven at 350 for 15 minutes to brown
Crust for chocolate or coconut cream pie just bake in oven for 15 minutes…
No microwave…
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 small box orange jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
Cool Whip
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions
Let it set up…
In separate bowl mix jello with 1 cup boiling water… stir until dissolved…
Add 1 cup cold water…
Let jello set approx. 15 minutes before pouring over pudding
(so that it will cool down some from adding the boiling water to dissolve it)
Let set up in refrigerator for 3-4 hours…
Top with cool whip…
You can make one pan or several individual dessert dishes
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
2 Jars or 3 cans sliced peaches / drained
Mix together graham cracker crumbs…brown sugar…
Butter and cinnamon
Place fruit in pan…
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar
Put crumb mixture on top
Bake @ 350 for 30 -45 minutes
